Again, the crowd was rollicking. Again, the Texans had battled seemingly insurmountable odds to take the lead against one of the AFC's top dogs. And, again, Houston was just one play away from an unbelievable win.

But Titans quarterback Steve McNair threw a 23-yard touchdown pass to wide receiver Drew Bennett on 4th and 10 with 17 seconds remaining, lifting Tennessee to a 27-24 win over the Texans before a record crowd of 70,758 at Reliant Stadium.

The Titans improved to 11-4 and clinched a playoff berth. The Texans fell to 5-10, losing their third consecutive game and fourth in four meetings with Houston's former team.
