Yao Ming and LeBron James were upstaged by Clarence Weatherspoon.

Weatherspoon scored nine of his season-high 12 points in the fourth quarter to lift the Houston Rockets to a 90-84 victory over the Cleveland Cavaliers, who had a three-game winning streak snapped.

The nationally televised contest was billed as a matchup of the last two top overall picks in the NBA draft. The 7-5 Yao had 17 points, eight rebounds and three blocks, including one on James in the fourth quarter. The 6-8 James struggled with just 11 points on 5-of-18 shooting.

"(James) looked tired," Cavaliers coach Paul Silas said. "Early on, he really struggled. He picked it up in the second half, but he was not the LeBron we're used to seeing."
